Computer Networks

Many households have a computer, Several have upgraded and replaced one, but there is often still life in the old computer yet!. One of the best ways of utilising a second PC is to network them together. A simple file and printer sharing network can be set up quite easily and will allow backing up files, and shared internet connection from  two or more locations. As disk drives can be shared The usual limitations of disk space on older machines is no longer the problem it was. There are many other benefits (not to mention playing multi player network games!) of networking PCs and this is no longer the domain of commerce and industry.
