Efficient fault finding in fixed installations (apart from being quite a mouthful to say,) requires a great deal of experience and skill. In an average house there are typically over 200 connections and over a mile of conductor, virtually all of which is concealed within the  construction of the building. We apply our extensive experience and skills using specialised test equipment to seek out clues and evidence to locate faults in the shortest possible time. Once a fault is located, a repair strategy can be determined. This is more often than not just a matter of re-terminating a cable, or tightening a loose connection. Occasionally a fault can develop in an inaccessible part of the installation. In such circumstances we will present the customer with all options available and recommend the best solution.
