There are many schemes and organisations  purporting to guarantee some level of trust and arbitration  by requiring compliance with varying levels of criteria. We believe that the criteria required and monitored by Wirral Trading Standards is one of the most stringent and far reaching and we are proud to have their approval. 

 We undertake to do what we say we will do. We provide accurate, realistic estimates and quotations and honour them. We will always keep you informed of progress and bring to your attention both the expected and unexpected.

We will always be pleased to offer honest and relevant advice and to discuss options, taking the time to fully explain any implications, including as much (or as little) detail as our customers wish. We don't believe in 'blinding with science' and will never use pressure or scare tactics to achieve a sale. 

Expertise & Competency

Qualified installers, authority and industry approvals are only part of the story. We accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise over many years. Quality and competency is under continual assessment and verification both internally within our company and externally by annual assessment by the NICEIC. We first gained NICEIC approval in 1989 and have maintained it since.  Our approval on the NICEIC Domestic Installer Scheme followed to comply with the introduction of 'Part P' of the building regulations in January 2005. These approvals assure our technical and electrical safety competence.

We pride ourselves in our success in recognising and achieving solutions to problematic and unusual situations. This can be anything from identifying cable routes and installation methods that minimise damage and disturbance to finding the best method of getting light into a dark corner. We

Although a small company we are well proven and as our longevity is testament. Over the years we have honed our efficiency and systems that allow us to offer an exceptionally high level of reliability in both the execution and durability of our installations. 

We always offer full commitment to every job. We do not deliberately 'double book' work. Once we start, we stay with the job until finished. We are able to offer long and solid guarantees because we are confident in the reliability in our work and the materials we install. It is expected that an installation should work safely and reliably for many years, and to meet that expectation we only install high quality components to a high degree of skill and workmanship.  We stand by this declaration and offer guarantees of up to ten years. 

Cost & Value

Cost and value can be very different. It is well known that the most expensive is not necessarily the best and the cheapest is rarely represents good value. We believe that our service represents excellent value for money with the right balance of price and quality of products and service to meet the wishes and expectations of our customers.   

Our Estimates and quotations are realistic and competitive. We ensure that all estimates are as accurate as possible and, unless you wish to make your own arrangements, we will include for all making good to plaster work. 

We do not deliberately under specify an estimate win work only to add on 'extras' later. We  are open and clear about what is and what is not included in the price, and what (if anything) our customers should prepare, provide and expect.
